The company sent 2 plumbers to do the work on Dec 18 2023. They arrived on time and completed repairs in 3 hours but unfortunately 15 minutes after they left the repairs began to drip I phoned the company left message but did not yet hear back. Tonight Dec 25 pipes blew apart and I have water shut off again. Single widower no kids no friends or family here. Fixed income $1207/month, haven't got a bill yet but won't pay till pipes are not leaking. Resolution Sought The plumber comes and fixes the pipes that he put in and are leaking.

Bisbee Plumbing came and fixed and solved all leaks and drips, I wish to retract my complaint and add they did a good job and followed up to insure the plumbing problems were all solved and fixed properly. All of the staff is respectful and they do communicate and show up at the agreed time. I would recommend Bisbee Plumbing.
