I purchased a custom motorcycle seat from "Bitchin Seat Company" on 5/27/2022, and paid in full of $2958.50. The estimated time to wait was 8-14 weeks, I have been waiting well over a year now! I spoke with the owner, Rich Everding, several times over getting my order completed and he has given me nothing but one excuse after another why it is not done and that it will still be a few more weeks! I asked for a full refund now, and he refused to honor it! He told me someone has to order it and that will be my refund! I have emails of all our contact with his excuses and refusal to refund my order! Please help me get my money returned. Resolution Sought Full refund please.
