I have had problems with this customer support for almost 3 months. I have earned over 3,000 coins and 100+ helps but never have gotten them because of the game not functioning properly and I have contacted them and they have no way to resolve the problems. They are blaming my phone service which has been checked. They say my problem has been forwarded to the programers but still no fixing the problem, they have asked me to screenshots and I have over 100 of them but noway to send them except email and BITMANGO email says to contact customer support. So I do and still no help. I am deleting all BITMANGO games and I am making a public post asking people to delete BITMANGO games as well. I am so frustrated and upset about this because I love the mahjong witche tales game and other BITMANGO games but I am going to find other games with good game play and good customer support. I am also going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I only hope you can help. This is my last ditch effort before deleting games and posting about this company. I hope to hear from you soon. Resolution Sought Fix the game and offer restitution for lost coins and helps.

I didn't get the prizes but it takes off from my debit card last night. feb7 and i tried it again just to see and it took my 12.99 but yet again nothing and today is march 1st at 2:30pm.I want my money back nothing happened and no response ???? Resolution Sought Restore my money back on my card,!!!Upgrade their technology so this can't continue to happen again to myself and others
