We had them put in a sump pump and drainage system a few years ago. We have had nothing but problems with it since. The discharge was put in the middle of our front yard and it has effected our yard and our neighbors since. Now his front steps and sidewalk freeze in bad weather. They have been here numerous times over the past years and the final time was a couple weeks ago. They said there's nothing they can do about it unless we want to pay $20 a foot to extend the drainage. The original appraisal was supposed to got out the opposite side of our house and to the end of our property to the alley. They ran it out front but assured me it would be ok. Assuming this is what they do, I took their word. We have given them numerous chance to correct their improper work to be avail. Resolution Sought Refund or correct the issue without trying to make more money off of me. At this point, a refund would be preferred as they've been here numerous times and said they'd show up many more but never did.

The reason the customer's pump is running constantly is due to the wall caving in and water running continuously in the basement. As you can also see the mud and water that has come down those steps has our sump pump completely covered and could possibly cause problems in the future. You aren't even able to see our lid. We had to re-route the discharge line at the time of installation due to the basement having very shallow crawlspaces that we wouldn't put interior piping through to come out somewhere else. The discharge line we installed is the best solution and is working just fine. Lance said it's the only route that would work for this home and situation. At the time of install March 2019 we extended the discharge line of no charge to them, we went above and beyond the 15' they paid for. (installed about 40' altogether) We went out there as well Feb 2022 because of discharge line issues, finding their iceguard had been "beaten" off the side of the house by what looks like a baseball bat. Our crews replaced that as well, free of charge. Lance explained these things to the homeowner and he became irate, cussing at Lance and told him to get "the F" off his property. In my opinion we are done here and have exhausted everything we have.
