I purchased tires online at BJ's on 10/5/22. I was told they would be ready to be installed on 10/6/22. On 10/6/22 I called to confirm the tires would be available. I was told the tires were not available. I went to BJs in Manchester and purchased Kelly's on 10/6/22. I was told I'd be reimbursed for the original tires I purchased which were 4 Michelins. I paid $529.58 for them and still have not received a refund. I called Bjs Mastercard to dispute the charge and I haven't heard back from them either. I just tried to call them and I was on hold for 40 minutes and was hung up on. I also called the 800 number for Bs's tires and also emailed Bjs. They state by email that we had the tires installed on our 2004 Sienna which we did not. I spoke to Marcos at the 844 number and he said he would cancel the order that was in 10/6/22. He did not cancel the order. Why would we purchase 8 tires for one car. Also used our $10 award which I've asked to get back. Haven't heard anything. Also informed the credit card company. Resolution Sought Refund us for the tires we do not have
