I booked a full vacation package through bjs travel and paid 120 for ground transportation. When I got to Mexico there was no transportation there. Bjs would not help since they said they used priceline. Priceline could not help since I booked through bjs. I had to pay another 80 for a taxi to get to the hotel. They still will not help to get the transfer to the airport so I have to buy another taxi. Unreal bas customer service. My wide was crying her eyes out since we were stuck Resolution Sought Refund or just get my voucher to get back to.the airport and I would be happy

We have spoken with Mozio and they have advised there was no confirmed reservation for the ground booking and that no charge incurred. However, We (BJs Travel ) are requested a billing statement from you in case any charges was incurred. If you purchased an additional transportation as a replacement, we can offer a refund for that purchase, please send along that receipt as well. About a year ago I purchased a membership with cash I had no desire to renew my membership for the following year. Some how bjs wholesale club got ahold of my credit card information and automatically renewed my membership without my consent. Very shady .bjs since refunded me of the membership to the credit card agency. I had no idea that a credit card I never use was charged and as a result I accrued a late fee. I have no desire to ever get a membership for this place ever again! Resolution Sought In the future this business should inform customers about renewing a person's memberships. Don't spring it on customers like they do.
