Last night I ordered bjs groceries for me and my family for years bjs has same day delivery service through Instacart that delivers but my order 173852806 wasn't delivered by dasher at 9:30 and I didn't know they used service DoorDash when I contact both DoorDash and bjs who should of handled it with a supervisor which I spoke to to speak to DoorDash head supervisor to request items redelivery to me customer instead of the runaround confusion where I already paid for order and making me wait 7-10 business days for refund then reorder again instead right away within few business days or fix dilemma that was done Resolution Sought I want my items redelivered and if they can't redeliver today process refund sooner than 10 days they didn't have to wait 10 days for a payment and bad for business to give customers a hassle like this
