Paid for a black aces tactical pro series m (semi auto) after dealing with the FFL and receiving the item had gone home to assemble it at this time I saw that it was a black aces tactical pro series m (pump). Completely wrong item which I had no way of catching because it's wrapped in plastic and the only variation between semi and pump is a charging handle on side once assembled. I after picking up my order and finding out black aces tactical sent the wrong gun to the shipping address I immediately contacted black aces tactical and the FFL store I had picked it up at, the FFL was able to confirm that black aces tactical sent the wrong item. Finally spoke to someone at black aces tactical explained the situation and the run around began. I was originally told I would be emailed a shipping label and if I had to pay for a box they would reimburse me fully, this is from black aces tactical customer service rep Josue. However they called back about a hour later saying that instead of me getting the label in email I would have to bring it back to FFL and until black aces tactical received the incorrect item they sent, I would not get the correct paid for item. Eventually spoke to the "general manager" Mike and was told again the new plan would be for me to ship ups, they sent the label and I went to ups, at ups since the it never came in a box it was $57 total to ship contacted Mike and Mike became crazed saying I will not pay $57 to ship back to us. I regret giving them any mon Resolution Sought I would like the business that sent the wrong shotgun I paid for, to handle their own mistake and give me full refund, I originally wanted to try to return and pick up the correct item in the same visit being I have to Uber about $20-$25 each way, but was told by company "that's not gonna happen" I only want to insure I get a FULL refund 398.69 for the incorrect weapon I'm returning unused unfired $40 for the FFL I incorrectly got it from $50 for the extra trips to correct company's
