On 11/18/2023 work began on my driveway; he was to repave my drive. The total cost was $10,500.00 I paid him half $5,375.00 on 11/29/23. That same day his machine broke, and he completed the job by hand-the work was not done correctly-we had an agreement that he would come and repair the work-he kept saying he would come and fix it, but never showed up. I paid him the remaining balance 5/3/24, he was supposed to repair it then but did not, then in July of 2025 he came and put patches on the drive and he left some of orange cones here, and still has not corrected the job. There are pieces of gravel coming up, drag marks and puddles. Resolution Sought A refund of my money so I can have my driveway repaired.
