I wanted to purchase a dehumidifier for my child and I spoke to a worker about testing the item before I purchased it due to damage on the dehumidifier and was told to speak with someone upfront. They have a item check counter for items to be tested before customer's purchases. I was told I wasn't allowed to test the item even after the manager pointed my in the direction to the counter. After I asked now why can't I test the dehumidifier to make sure it works I was told to put the item back and to leave. To me this is truly unprofessional. I heard stories about them doing this to other people and when items don't work they claim we can return the item but this happened before when my mother purchased a vehicle car seat cover and the covers were ripped and they wouldn't refund her money. Resolution Sought I would like for someone to investigate this and shut this business down since all they're doing is scamming people out of money.
