This company has to be the most shady company I have rented from. When you have something wrong in your place it takes them weeks to months to come and fix it. They also withheld my security deposit and the prorated rent they offered me and have not been answering phone calls emails or texts since I have left. Our plumbing was not done correctly and sewer gas smells were coming from the pipes in our basement and the washer that was going through that sink had a puddle of water so we were unable to wash clothes for over a month. They only worry about something when the city comes to inspect, but only do as little as possible. I fixed up the place more than they did. They charge outrageous prices for rent with the utilities high as well. All in all this company is a scam and I would not recommend it. I moved out on June 24th, and not heard from them since. It is stated in the lease to get our money back within 21 days. It has almost been 28 days and still nothing. Resolution Sought I would like the company to give me my money back with interest. I would like them to be better about this going forward and willing to do everything for their residents.

We strive to be the best possible property management company, so we are always looking for ways to improve. Our team responds to maintenance tickets and other inquiries in a timely manner. Some maintenance requests take longer to resolve, and we appreciated your patience as we scheduled multiple different vendors to properly re-plumb the basement. Our team has been in constant communication with you, as evidenced by the emails sent 6/8, 6/19, 6/24, 6/26, 7/20, and 7/21. We are quite perplexed by your statement that you have not heard from us, given that you have received and responded to these emails as well. Your security deposit return along with the prorated rent has already been sent in the mail to the address you provided. All in all, we strive to provide an exceptionally high quality living experience for our residents, with pet friendly policies, at market rate rents, with above and beyond customer service. We are truly sorry to hear you didn't feel you had this experience. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best of luck with your future housing needs.
