Bought brand new cart advertised 25mph also says on title 25.ph cart struggles to do 20mph called few days after purchase told owner he said needed program to fix weeks later said had program bring in he did not have program offered to trade for same kind of cart with half options as one we bought no difference in price said we could leave cart but it could be weeks months or yrs before he could get program so brought cart back one call he gave option swap or refund today it was swap or just live with 20moh Resolution Sought Want our cart or one that does 25mph with same options or refund as we would not have bought cart new that was that slow
