I've been without hot water and heat. This is my second week without heat. I got the board of health involved which they been since my living here. Mr. Foster the landlord seems to lie his way out of everything. He has failed a lot of inspection threw the board of health and section eight housing. Which am in the process of moving this weekend cause of conditions of the unit I was renting. My lawyer made him put me in a hotel room cause I didn't have hot water. And I have my granddaughter in my custody age 6. And at the time there was know heat. This the second week. I've been talking to Ms. Alison bout the heat since last week cause he had everyone convinced his maintenance man was fixing the problem till I seen different. He failed inspection on this. I called the board of health to inform them am without heat. Talked with three different people at first Tony, then Germy, remind you I had to keep calling them. Now I get a call from Ms. Alison who I believe was on my first case due to Attic issues and really bad rats in the united am renting and one was in my bed with me in it. She came and failed the unite. She was very much for him. Telling me that Mr. Foster told her everything was fine that it was fix. I literally cried to this lady telling her nothing was fix how me and my granddaughter was cold over the weekend . She stated well am going bye what he said and Ms. Chambers this and that. I told her someone need to come and check cause he was lying. There was an inspect Resolution Sought I have money that sitting in escrow since September. I would like all my money back. From having to live in such serious and bad conditions. I don't think he should be able to get my rent for this dump
