Tom R with blackout construction quoted me $25,000 for 3 jobs on a house I bought, he was paid and never completed any of the jobs before texting me telling me he needed more. After many unfulfilled promises on completion. Not one of the 3 jobs were completed. He has yet after many attempts paid be back. Have many text proof. Resolution Sought Pay me the $7500. He owes .

Company states; We worked out a deal with her and have been making payments to refund her.

This has not been worked out. There was a deal made that I would receive payments on set dates. There has been payments not received on the dates. This is still very much an ongoing issue. I have not received the refund!
