I bought this vehicle from this dealership 8 months prior. Might not be a brand new but is to me. I had an oil change in October and that day exactly 2 hours later I checked my oil and didn't see oil on stick so I called them . They said I was wrong it had the appropriate amount my vehicle called for and said if bringing back to them to check they would so I did. And still said it was fine. My check engine light came on December 23 so I called to it checked out. The results of their computer diagnostic said my vehicle was 3 quarts low that is because my oil change was not done right. So know I have to worry about my engine being damaged because it has a ticking noise now. Resolution Sought If they say they have qualified employees hold them accountable for damaging customers vehicles.
