I ordered an item from the blade city website on 10/03/21. I have not received the merchandise that I paid for. I've made numerous phone calls, and sent several emails to the company. they haven't responded at all. Resolution Sought i want them to do the honorable thing and send me the merchandise i paid for. barring that, a refund will suffice
