On 12 17 2020 I ordered his product off of Facebook. I never received the product. I have contacted discover several times. Discover puts a credit on and take the credit back. I called discover today about my bill I received. It clearly shows on my statement discover gave me a credit but right below it they put it back on as a purchase. My statement ends in 3409.. I feel as a customer that I have been strung along for 5 months. The lady I spoke to today said it's in your favor. Of the merchants. If it was clearly in my favor discover would have kept the credit on my bill. I am going to an accountant then whomever I need to go to after that. I need a resolution and I need it today. I am tired of this game that discover is playing with me. Clearly what has happen is poor customer service. Resolution Sought Discover needs to credit my account of 159.98 and leave it on my bill. I did not received the product. 5 months is long enough.
