Found out no warranty papers were ever filed. I will no longer use or refer.
They installed 2 furnace and air units approx. 1-1/2 years ago. We were having some issues which was being taken care of. Still having issues but I cannot get a call back. No communication whatsoever. Had to call another company out to correct the problem and found out that the humidifier on one furnace was not even hooked up. The noise that the furnace was making was due to an adjustment. The other furnace had to have a part replaced that was defective, found out no warranty papers were ever filed. Price was good workmanship was questionable. Follow up is terrible.
