On Sat. June 5th 2021 at approximately 2pm, my wife and I went to the dealership to look for a new truck. We were driving our 2014 Ford Explorer, which had no mechanical issues when we arrived at the dealership. The dealership employee Andrew drove our Explorer to a lower lot, to be appraised. When we got back into it, to leave the dealership, the exhaust system was suddenly broken apart. Resolution Sought Refund us the money, for the cost of repairs.
