Was to see an in network dentist, but they switched to an out of network dentist and they want to charge me for something I was not aware of. Trying me to pay fir something I didn't know about Resolution Sought Erase the bill of 18.00. And on future let folks know when they switch from in network to out of network

Company states: The patient was responsible for paying $18.00, and chose not to return. Whatever the insurance doesn't pay, the patient is responsible for. We didn't do anything wrong. The amount was written off and the patient's account was deactivated.
