I placed an order on 8/5. Since it has been in Review. I have sent several messages, emails and left voicemails. Nobody picks up the phone. 1 time they responded on facebook and said it would be shipped mid November. Still in Review. Fully paid for. I've requested a refund at least 15 times and nobody from that company will answer me Resolution Sought I want a full refund
