I ordered my product mid January, has been paid for. I contacted the company and they responded once stating my item would be shipped. I still haven't received it, I've requested a refund. No response to several emails sent. I only have two more days to request a refund and then my window is closed. I'm unable to get my issue resolved and I've tried to no avail. Resolution Sought Refund the amount paid.
