This company advertises that they are 24 hour support. I have tried to reach them now for over 24 hours they are an Amazon-based company Amazon wouldn't help me and I am still waiting for help for cameras it does not work Resolution Sought Fix the problem and give me a gift card for getting me so upset. I got the security cameras because I've had problems and now I don't feel safe

I signed up for cooling wireless and turns out their card is no good for me but they offered a free tablet when you sign up that is a tablet that I never received which is false advertisement another gentleman named Thomas Van Tassll did the same thing and he neither did he receive his tablet. Resolution Sought Said tablet as they stated to be sent to me.
