I went to the gym twice to meet up with the trainer and they were not available and the guys at the desk keep rescheduling me. I told them I would like to cancel my membership because I had just signed up and wasn't getting anyone to give me the 30 minutes training and the guys at the desk didn't allow me to enter the gym. Resolution Sought Actually when I went to cancel the membership the manager asked me to pay for cancellation this is not right.
