Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. This is a weight loss business. I gave a list of all my medications and one prescribed for hypertension. The amount a paid is for two month of meds and a b12 injection each visit. I started treatment in May. I was prescribed 3mg of Naltrexone. After taking the medication a few days my blood pressure spiked. After reading online the side effects, one it raises blood pressure. My problem I requested a refund because I was prescribed something that raised my blood pressure. I believe they didn't do due diligence concerning my health. I was told that I could continue to come without taking the medication. This is defeating the purpose and I'm paying for partial service with no fault of mine. Resolution Sought Refund my money.

The patient was prescribed 1.5 mg and 3 mg and was instructed to start with the 1.5 mg dosage but she chose to start with the 3 mg instead. Per the NIH study and other medical resources there is no correlation between low dose naltrexone and hypertension. The studies that have been done are for long term use at high doses of naltrexone. Unfortunately, sometimes patients have side effects that are not common and we have no control over that. Her receipt clearly states that there are no refunds and she was made aware of that. She received all of the medication. Whether she takes it or not is her decision.

First of all I didn’t see a doctor on the first visit. I was given two bottles of meds and it wasn’t explained to me they were two different strength. Professionals are to take the time and explain to patients so they won’t experience what I have experienced. After I began taking the meds and went in to weigh, when I came home and check my receipt, I wasn’t given my B12 shot so I had to make two visits. Even if there is no refund on meds, I made two out of eight visits. I am entitled to a partial refund for the six office visits that I didn’t attend. I disagree with their answer.
