I purchased a mystery box from the following website: https://www.blkhousehold.com on January 29th. I received a tracking number but never received any package. When I check the tracking website they provided, it stated that it was delivered but to the wrong address. I have tried communicating with then via email and have received the same response "we will contact the delivery person" but I have asked for an update and received zero information. Order Number. 2024012724833019 Resolution Sought I would like to get a refund for this order and I want to make sure no one else orders from them. I feel like I was scammed and no one is helping.
