I moved in the home in October 2020 and it was told to me it was ready to move in and it wasn't. I had paid my deposit and 1st month's rent Floor was making cracking noise when you walk on it deck needed repairing caving In I was told it would be repaired and I have been in the home now 3 years and nothing has been done have put in several maintenance request they sent a vendor out and he said deal with it cause the owner is not gonna repair and the vendor his self does not do that type of work. They also have a inspection guy that comes out every 6 months and he found the same issues along with others and told me to put in a Maintenance request and he was gonna do the same . The last two times he came out was January and August 2023. They have been knowing about this for 3 years. Now the owner says he is not gonna repair until later in the year and my lease is up in October but he is doing other things that was complaint on also(cheaper) .The noise is all thru the house and loud when walked on you can hear it on the other side of the house. Yet they keep taking up the rent and I like the home and area but they need to repair my rent is in on time every month for 3 years and I shouldn't have to hear that noise when getting out of bed every day or walking on. They kept saying there is nothing wrong with the floor and owner was not sending anyone out. So they finally did send someone else out and he did find that the floor needs repairing . Do have documentation Resolution Sought Either repair or come down on my rent or refund me something back.

As previously stated, we acquired this property in a recent merger with another company. We have been working on reviewing this issue, meeting with vendors, and discussing the matter with the Property Owner. The Tenant, Ms.Berginer, is aware of the efforts we are taking to resolve this matter for her. However, the underlying issue is a larger repair that will take time to complete. Work must be done to the joists underneath the home. We have one estimate, and the Property Owner has requested a second estimate, which we are working on. Once the work underneath the home is taken care of, the Property Owner has said new carpet will be installed. While this issue is not fully resolved, we are taking every step possible to bring a resolution to a problem that existed prior to our management. Ms. Berginer's "desired settlement" included "repair", which is what will be done.

Yes the company has merged from Boxwell to Infinity now to Block and Associates. Boxwell and Infinity been knowing about this issue for as long as I have been in the home and the owner. I did do a maintenance request with the new company Block and Associates and they rejected or canceled my request because the owner said there was reports that nothing was wrong with the floor. I sent a video to the owner and company and the owner and company was saying he would fix this later in the year. So they eventually sent a vendor out and he found and heard the issue.. So I do not agree with there response because the property manager and owner been aware of this, I just received a text and email that the owner wants another estimate on 2/7/2024. I have been requesting forever. They did send the vendor out and it was not done properly carpet all bulged up not put back down still squeaking thru house. (Have pictures) The company told me all they where gonna do was re stretch the carpet . They only have there best interest in hand not a reliable tenant and . I don't agree with there response because we wouldn't be here if they where doing what they are saying.Again I just received an email

We cannot respond to events that may or may not have happened prior to our management. We are working to resolve this issue. It took time for us to review the history and "get up to speed" on this matter. As previously stated, we have one estimate. The Property Owner requested a 2nd estimate, which we are trying to obtain. Until the floor issue is resolved, the carpet cannot be replaced. Again, we are working to resolve this matter and would appreciate the Tenant's understanding , patience and cooperation.
