Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. Consumers are encouraged to take into consideration the company's CRI, their overall BCA letter rating and other relevant information about the company so they can make a well-informed purchasing decision.

I deposited $75.00 on 08/27/26 and made 12 transactions at Vinted on line and was charged twice in error for one transaction of $4.12 that I did report to both Vinted and Cash app. I was told by the Vinted Merchant that I would have to report this transaction to Cashapp and I did speak ing with both an employee Anna who was rude and not helpful and also a supervisor Natalie who was also not helpful both who told me basically that I would have to wait on money that I had not even spent out of my account for possibly more than 10 days to be returned to me I feel that this is unacceptable and unreasonable and when a customer has not made a purchase that the incident should be immediately investigated and the customers money returned to them if appropriate. Really if Cashapp is keeping $5.27 of every customers money ?? they must be making a fortune off of us!!! Resolution Sought Put my $5.27 back in my account immediately and I plan to investigate all my past transactions as well.

I recently opened up a square account. I deposited money into the account on Friday. On Sunday I linked my account to the square account to withdraw money I needed to pay a bill. The next morning, square closed my account and is now holding my money. I have a company that I am working with who is expected to send me deposit while we work together. The banking information I gave was my square account because it is personal fitness related. Now the payment I receive from this company will be delayed because it can't go to this account. On top of that. I have $170 in this account i may need access to now to pay for business related bills like a gym membership l, gym equipment, etc. Resolution Sought I would like my account to be reopened so I can receive the money I need on time. And if that is not possible, I would like access to my $170 that they have put a while on for 6 months
