I won some money playing at casino, withdrew my winnings (9500.) Via BTC (Blockchain wallet). After fee's I ended up getting 9400 something. I was allowed to send/transfer something close to 2000. before I was told that I had to apply for their "gold level" in order to have access to the remainder of my money. I submitted a photo of my state issued drivers license, and they emailed me back stating further documentation was needed. So I uploaded that, and the only response I now get is a computer generated one. I was told that each time I contact "contact support" it generates a new ticket number and that delays the process even longer. (Every time I communicate with contact support, they tell me something different). Today when I messages contact support, they told me that because I didn't upload thw further documentation that they asked for, that my case(s) were closed and w/o any notification to me (and mind you their email said I had 5 days, not 48 hrs, to upload the documents-which I did). So now that my case has gotten reopened (cuz I contacted contact support today), that I now have to wait till they assign me a new specialist and that it goes from oldest to newst, so I basically got bumped from wherever my place in line was, to the very end of cases they review. Mind you, in the meantime I'm losing money due to the value of BTC fluctuating. Resolution Sought Let me withdraw all of my money and to close my blockchain acct.
