I brought my dog for a haircut on the third. Prior to bringing my dog there I asked for the price and they said about 60-70 for an approximately 20 lbs dog. The girl comes out with my dog and charged me 135 dollars for just shaving his hair . They didn't even trim his nails. She didn't even warn me about the price. To justify the high price she kept on saying that the dogs hair was matted . She was very nasty and rude. Resolution Sought Reprimand the employee and give me my overcharge back.

Echo came in on 12.3.23 for his second grooming appointment. The first time was the prior year on 12.18.22. She was never quoted a price of $60-$70 for a haircut on a Golden Doodle, The starting price is $110 and the previous price was $90. A Yorkshire Terrier which is much smaller starts at $65. When the dog came in it was explained to her that the dog was matted and had to be shaved. We told her the new price would be $120 based on matting and condition of coat. The difference betwen $120-$135 is sales tax and service charge because they used a credit card. As far as the nails are concerned they were as short as possible without making them bleed. At no point did the customer complain about the nails. The shop has a No Refund or Exchange policy, which is displayed on front desk and on credit card receipt, Suzanne the groomer was a professional and patient with the customer.
