I purchased flowers online and received a message by email 5 hours later that they had been delivered. They had not been and never were. I contacted Blooms today by their 'live chat' which was actually just an email. They sent a 'ticket' and then a follow up message saying that the problem had been resolved. I called the company number - not in service. So I paid for flowers that 'disappeared'. Resolution Sought I wish a refund.
