Blount was recommended by my neighbors, after flood damage to our homes. All our houses are all 888 sq ft,some maybe a little larger. Blount serviced my home on 7/18/23, my neighbors was charged from $4200 to $6000. For the same service by code, with my exception ,I had a dumpster,assisted with appliances removal,and took up vinyl flooring and vinyl tile. Fro that point the houses if done by code or regulations was treated the same. If Mr Blount is offering a service why do I have to pay for his staff gloves,mask,bio suit,and black bags to disgard the waste. So why was my billing 5to 6 x's more because I had insurance?I Mr Blount never gave me a figure,it is my policy,I was never consulted about cost,you just find out what I am aloud and put some amount to get the max.I need an answer why my cost was out of control higher if all houses mitigation by code was done.I went into my neighborhood home doing their mitigation,it was the same set up,cut out the same way,the equipment was taken from house to house. What was so special about my house. Resolution Sought For the company to go over the bill and charge me some what close to my neighbors,with the exception I stated earlier. redo the billing.
