Customer Complaint

We shipped five boxes to the Philippines in August 2022. We were told they would arrive by November 2022. They did not arrive until after Christmas, and the fifth box still has not arrived. They refused to answer the phone, and they refused to find the box for us, or tell us the status. Resolution Sought We wish to be reimbursed for the declared value of $800 plus $75 for shipping. Ideally, we want the box delivered, but then you should at least as a minimum returned to us the shipping because in five months, you failed to deliver it in a timely matter. Both the agent and the customer service refused to take phone calls.
