I know everyone expected theirs bills to be higher with the cold weather last month but we have set out thermostats on 65 and burnt wood the entire 2.5 weeks of the ice storm and I know there is NO way my bill was over $800. I've owned and lived here since 2011 and not once has our bill been over $300 without burning wood untill last couple of months with these ridiculous sir charges equaling close to extra $200 on our bill. Something needs to be done and meters read correctly and lower the charges. That is a whole Morgage payment for me. Resolution Sought Revisits the meter reading and lower the costs of all the extra fees no one can afford. And give me some credits to my account.
