Ordered a bridesmaids dress January 19th 2024. Paid extra for speed shipping. Dress was to be delivered on February 28th 2024. Dress did not show up. Contacted company to be refunded the $24 for express shipping and told dress would be shipped soon. Website states dress has been ready to ship since February 15th 2024. Today's date is March 15th 2024 and dress still has not been shipped. I contacted customer service on 3/4/2024 explained I wanted to cancel my order due to the fact it's not going to get here in time for the wedding. I was told I can not cancel the order and would have to wait till the dress arrived to return for full refund. I requested to speak with a manager or higher up, was told they'd call back in 3-5 business days. I have not heard from anyone at Birdy Grey since then. My dress is still not shipped and I'd love to have my money back. Resolution Sought Give me a full refund of the money I spent over two months ago without having to wait for the dress to even be shipped. And I'd like there to be reviews on this business so future customers can see how they actually work.
