I met with Kim Ness, CEO of Blue Laser Digital, on Dec 7 to plan a marketing strategy for my client located in Asia. Kim had some great ideas and suggested developing an e-commerce site for my client. She promised to get back to me in a week with a list of questions to ask my client concerning projections, expecting, etc. I called her in a week by email and asked when I could expect the list of questions ans she replied that she needed to take care of current clients first and implied that she had no time for me. She caused me to fail with a followup with my client with the list of questions which she promised. She failed to respond to me after a series of email requests and I feel that Kim has discriminated against me because I am a senior business owner (with 40 years of mktg experience) and because I'm a male. Sounds crazy, doesn't it? This person is totally incapable of managing my account and has quite possibly caused me to lose a very high profile customer. Resolution Sought Call me.
