Melissa (the owner) is BEYOND unprofessional. I went for a pedicure on Thursday 7/28/22 at 6pm and at the end you get a chair massage. My arms were bent back to get "stretched" at one point, which usually takes me by surprise b/c they don't ask if it's ok if they do it. The next day my right arm had a very uncomfortable ache inside the shoulder, I iced it and took Tylenol in hopes Sat might be better, which it wasn't. Sunday morning I planted myself at home b/c I couldn't put my hand over my head nor behind my back. I continued on Tylenol and ib profin and called as soon as they opened Monday morning. I didn't hear from Melissa until later afternoon with not much concern. She has now decided to ignore my calls and will not reimburse me for my X-ray and drs visit. THEN, even before this all happened, during my pedicure, Melissa yelled at my nail tech right in front of me and my friend about accidentally charging a customer twice, when we should know better to talk to the person after they are done with a customer. Shame on Melissa! I'm absolutely disgusted in her behavior as an owner!!! Resolution Sought I am demanding $115 for reimbursement. $65 for meds and my X-ray co pay and 50 for my pedicure!

First, this is all a fabrication. Second, this individual is banned from our premises. We do not or will ever tolerate abusive, threatening language or attitude. Third, the front desk staff consisting of part time high school and college students showed not only patience, but showed absolute professionalism during the barrage of harassing phone calls they had to endure from this individual. My friend was with me and she SAW AND HEARD EVERYTHING!!! Melissa the owner is correct. She did ask me not to come back AFTER THEY HURT ME AND REPRIMANDED A WOMAN GIVING ME A WONDERFUL PEDICURE. She came over and yelled at them. Clearly Melissa does not like the truth but if need be I have A WITNESS! The front girl, who’s name is Eva was very kind and patient trying to deal with what was happening and it’s all because Melissa would not speak to me nicely WHEN I DID GET A CHANCE TO TALK, AND THIS WAS AFTER I was hurt by their worker. All I wanted was to be refunded my X-ray cost and now I would like $50 for my pedicure as well. I don’t think this is unreasonable as I could have gone to my lawyer. I’m willing to solve this and end this for $115. $60 for my X-ray, $50 for my pedicure that Melissa wrecked and $5 for my pain meds. I am NOT exaggerating nor do I WANT to go back to that salon! I’ll HAPPILY find another salon to go to. I do have a voicemail from her giving me a number to their ins. Company “but to never talk to her again or go back” that’s how she deals with injured customers. BTW the number goes to a fax machine! SHES A POOR BUSINESS OWNER!!
