Blue Rock Capital Group, lied and trying cheated money as higher interest. Interest rate is higher but important is lied to me and make borrow money, they said if I borrow $10k for $1,499.00 per day 10 day payments. After 7 payments, then $75k for 26 months. After 7 months payments will $260k renew. But all this lied to trying loan 10k but loan 9k only for $1,499.00 of 10 days payments. After 7 payments, no renew, ucc filed for 10k. I paid $9k only because they give me 9k only and lied for renew. I need remove ucc file stop law sue for collecting, need letter of 0 balance. Resolution Sought 1. Clear UCC File 2. Stop the law sue for collecting 3. Letter of 0 balance

I'm doing in business over 21 years. I like borrow the money. Some how Blue Rock Capital contact to me. They can funds for 10k. They called and group called too. They said 10k for 10 days for daily $1,499.00 for 10 payments. After 7th payments will be renew for $75k after paid 7 months will be renew for $250k. But they lied. After 7th payments. No respond. No answer. No renew. So I maid stop payments. Now they ucc file my business for $10,996.00. They collecting daily for 7days. But bank refund $1,499.00. So paid $8,994.00 and I did transfer $10.00 (but $10.00 refund by Blue Rock Capital). Now I'm in death by ucc file can't get loan from no where. Also they are keep calling and email to who I know and Blackmail and threats and to me too. be annoying. I really need help please Resolution Sought I need remove ucc file from my business name and stop calling and emailing.

Good morning Like i have mentioned to you we were attempting to do the 75k deal for you But in the case where your receivable count didn't fit the criteria for the advance we decided to pass on the opportunity.
