We closed Account number 0148390-04 and turned back Bluestream equipment on November 14, 2023 because we sold our house. We were told that we would receive a refund since they billed a month in advance from the lady at the Bluestream office in Coral Springs where we closed the account in person. We gave them our forwarding address but have not received our refund. We have called many times and were told that it takes 6-8 weeks to receive the refund. It has been almost 12 weeks and we are still chasing our money that we paid to them every month on time. It is very unfair. We have waited patiently and still have not received our refund. We were a customer for many years that paid every month on time and we did not deserve this treatment just because we decided to move out of town and close our account. Resolution Sought We would like our refund and feel we have waited long enough about 12 weeks since closing the account.
