I looked at an house for rent Dec 7th and the landlord promised me that house I have it in writing. He gave me the run around and had bad communication the entire time. We were suppose to move in next week January 15th he did not answer his phone all day or night for a week. I packed up my entire apt for him to send me 60 dollars and say he doesn't think the house is big enough for my family. My lease at my current address is up and now my family has nowhere to go. Resolution Sought I will be suing them for pain and suffering I want a sincere apology and for them to do the right thing
