We thought we were interested in buying/installing an above ground pool through this company. We met with a kind representative and agreed at the time we wanted to buy the product and install at our home. We signed paperwork for a midline model. One week later we had a phone conversation to what we thought was going to be to set up install, instead it was another representative from the company offering us an upgraded model of pool. For the same monthly payment at a lower interest rate for financing. We received zero written information regarding this upgrade and were coaxed to a verbal agreement via phone call. During this phone call we were told that we would receive a phone call regarding scheduling an installation date, however this was not the case. I called the main phone number to inquire about installation and was directed to representative whom told me we were already scheduled for installation without our permission or any discussion with us. When we expressed our concern and explained this date did not align with or schedules we were told we would be pushed to the back of the line for installation. Additionally my husband and I called multiple times to resolve the installation mess up and received no help, in fact we were hung up on several times by rude representatives. Here we are $1,000 out of pocket, no product received, and some of the worst communication and costumer service we have ever received. Resolution Sought Our desired outcome would be to nullify any potential contract with Blue World Pools regarding the pool and stated possible lean on our house. Based on our experience we do not trust this company and do not wish to have any further association. Preferably we would also like to be refunded of the thousand dollars spent being scammed by this company.

Me and my Mother sign a contract with Blue World we are trying to cancel the contract before they installed the pool No one will respond to me, we had no ideal this pool would cost this pool much they has giving up false information on the pool I starting read reviews we had no ideal they can put a lean on your house this house is not paid for and plus this is my mother house not minds I need to know what steps I can take to cancel with these people.
