This company is incompetent, unprofessional, and doesn't want to pay valid claims. Our vehicle has been at the shop for a month and they will not pay the shop for repairs. we have full coverage, and a police report was done, which they have. They have been giving myself, and the body shop the run around. Antoneisha Moore and her supervisor, Dustin Hoffman, do not like to return phone calls, emails, or voice messages. I just want them to pay the shop for repairs, because they are not obligated to hold our vehicle a whole month waiting on the insurance company to pay for repairs. Resolution Sought Pay the shop immediately for repairs, reimburse my daughter for Uber and Lyft fees she's incurred over this month, getting back and forth to work.

We as humans do make mistakes. We are not perfect like our Lord Jesus Christ . ALE-24 -0000054 I was involved in a minor accident hitting a deer I'm sorry to mistaken telling the wrong date I had Covid the previous week head n memory. And to deny my claim for a mistake that we are capable of making. My adjuster seem bias if I called her at times she be unavailable or unprofessional. This adjuster only called me one time. Why find loopholes with the policy holders we are the reason you all have jobs. Adjuster want me to get a call log she police station well local police don't come out to interstate it would be a state trooper. Which my friend I did call is a police officer not a trooper. Whom I stated would be a while getting to my location I don't think it's right that a policyholder has to be treated unfairly. Resolution Sought I want my claim paid for because everything is shorten out because if I sue this company for my car burning up and I rental car paid for.
