Won't contact me back!

They will disappear! I currently have a claim with them. They've told me that the agent working the claim no longer works there, the new agent won't answer/return my calls, and now they say my new claim number is invalid and they can't help me without a valid claim number. No accountability! Matthew Crowell: answer the phone!
