I've been trying to reach someone at Bluegreen for quite some time now in regard to my request to terminate my timeshare ownership. I have yet to receive any form of communication despite multiple attempts to contact this company. I was pressured into purchasing a timeshare by misleading sales representatives and have absolutely no interest in remaining an owner with Bluegreen. I need Bluegreen to address my concerns immediately as I have been waiting for assistance for long enough and would greatly appreciate any help you can provide in getting them to do so. Resolution Sought Timeshare Termination

I am writing to file a formal complaint against BLUEGREEN VACATIONS CLUB regarding their unethical business practices and failure to provide satisfactory services. My family and I have been enduring significant financial strain and disappointment due to our dealings with this company. We currently hold three timeshare properties with them. Despite our repeated attempts to terminate all three contracts, the company has only recently terminated one, disregarding our ongoing struggle to disassociate ourselves completely from their services. When we initially invested in timeshares, we believed it would offer us vacation flexibility and the opportunity to explore different destinations at reasonable prices. It was all a lie. The maintenance fees are too expensive, straining our finances. As retirees, my family and I had hoped for a comfortable and enjoyable retirement. Still, the financial burden imposed by these fees has made it difficult for us to afford even yearly vacations, let alone the extravagant ones we had envisioned. Furthermore, the interest rates charged by BLUEGREEN VACATIONS CLUB are unreasonably high, exacerbating our financial woes. Everything they told us to get us on board was a lie. We have been deceived and they need to be stopped. I urge your agency to investigate their business practices.
