My Website has been hosted at Bluehost for several years 1 month ago my hosting plan was upgraded from a shared hosting plan to a dedicated server plan. I contacted Bluehost support t about an issue they neglect fully changed the look and feel of my website without haven't the ability to restore it to its previous appearance and are now saying there is nothing they can do to restore the website it is previous look and feel. Resolution Sought I would like the business to refund my money for the dedicated hosting and bring the shared server back online.

On March 15th i subscribed to the company above to establish a webpage. once set up in ran fine for a few weeks and then crashed. since that time I've gotten nothing but excuses as to what the problem is related to. On my first contact I was told the problem would be corrected within 8 business hours. but it wasn't. Ever since then I've been passed around from one unhelpful agent to another. I told them yesterday i wanted a full refund due to them not providing the service I paid for. They refused siting the fact i only had 30 days to request it. MY complaint is had i known they were unable or unwilling to fix the problem within the proper timeframe i would have request a full immediately at that time. bottom line is they stalled me until the time passed to qualify for the refund. I feel this is an unfair business practice and hope you can assist me in retrieving the funds that are due back to me. Thanks in advance. Resolution Sought Give me my $101.28 back immediately.
