I'm a paralyzed disabled single mother I was approached by Blue Energy sales con man Quentin. Told me govt helping disabled people get solar panels. I signed up & they installed panels but not generator then they charged me $34000! I don't have that. Plus they never finished job. My generator collecting dust in my garage. They want me to pay 3rd party to hook it up. My wheelchair, urinal and several other devices I need have to use power to work. My generator was part of the deal. They need to take $34000 off my credit. My electric bill is still $245 they said it would be $14 a month. They're scamming disabled people. I'm a single mother on SSDI Resolution Sought They hook up generator like promised and remove $34000 off my credit report

I recently acquired solar panels from Bluenergy Solar. I definitely feel deceived and misled about the solar panels saving me money while my electric bills continue to rise. The salesman never mentioned leasing the solar panels. That topic came up after the termination of the salesman and the contract agreement was signed , then I was told by his boss that he didn't know why I was not informed about the options for leasing vs purchase after the signing of the contract! Ever since the installation my FPL has increased dramatically! With only two ppl residing in our home, and one person who works two jobs? I don't have any way to speak to anyone else about this issue. Resolution Sought Look deeper at Bluenergy Solar and see if I'm the only senior with this kind of problem. And why this sudden increase ? I am paying in excess of $500 between FPL and Bluenergy Solar…ridiculous for a family of two!
