I order water filter cartridge order#8979 PP sediment for 20 pack and Carbon block 8 packs. The company give me PP sediment 24 packs and Carbon block 4 packs. And they gave me more the cheaper price and cut of the carbon block higher money. Resolution Sought Send me 4 packs of carbon block

Customer purchased a 20 Pack of Sediment filters 5 Micron and also another set of filters which was an 8 pack filter including 4 Pack Sediment 5 Micron and 4 Carbon Block filters. ( Total of 24 Sediment filters and 4 Carbon filters) Customer called us complaining about missing Carbon filters( they only paid for 4 Carbon filters). We offered two options: 1- Send filters back to us for a full refund. 2- Pay us the difference between a 4 pack sediment and a 4 pack Carbon so we could send them additional 4 filters But they refused either offers.
