I'm Financing a car (2013 Ford Escape) from BMG Auto Group.. I purchased the Car, March 8, 2021. April 25, 2021, Sunday afternoon, the Car broke down.. I called BMG Auto, Monday morning & told them the Car broke down. They went & picked the car up & took it 2 they Car Shop. I called BMG Car Shop & they told me the Transmission went out on the car. & Its going to cost $2800 for another Transmission. I called BMG Auto Group, they told me that I got to pay $2600 for the Transmission. I got the Car, as is.. Can they make me pay $2600 for a Transmission, even thou I've had it only month??? Almost 2 months???.... Resolution Sought Get me another Car, that can b Financed or refund me $1980. I already asked BMG Auto Group about another Car & they said they couldn't do that....
