Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I took out a loan from this company approximately 1 year ago. The terms of the agreement were that they would garnish my paycheck 123.12 each pay cycle. On May 29, 2026 I paid the balance in full. When I spoke with the representative I was advised that it may take 2 to 3 more pay cycles to stop coming out of my check. As of today, this is the 5th pay cycle that they have taken the 123.12. I call them today to advise that they had taken it out again and have not yet refunded it. Once again I go the reply that it may take 2 to 3 more pay cycles to stop withdrawing the money from my paycheck. This is way beyond what the original deal was for. I live paycheck to paycheck and it is not right for them to dip into my pocket after they've been paid off with interest. Resolution Sought I would like for them to stop garnishing my wages and be be fined for taking liberties with the earnings of others to force them to admit their wrong doing. It would be nice to receive compensation as well for the time I've had to spend dealing with something that should have been handled months ago.

Per consumer: After making this complaint, they reimburse me the money they took from my checks and have since stopped deducting money

I have a personal loan with BMG money thru USPS as an employee since March 2023. Since then BMG money recieves payment of $95.00 bi weekly through an allotment from my paycheck. Since 2023, the allotments has gone through successfully and I have NOT made any changes. As of Jan 2025, BMG money is reporting that they have not received any allotment of $ 95; yet, I have paycheck statements reflecting allotment being paid to BMG money. I have attempted to reach BMG money on their customer service # ...you will wait several minutes just to leave a vm. Never recieved a call back to correct any issues and now they are negatively reporting me to credit bureau. Resolution Sought I would like to negative reporting to stop and be removed. Also, they need to credit my account reflecting the received payments.
