A bank employee gave out my account numbers and transaction and deposit history to my mother who is in no way associated with my account when they called and gave her the info she told them that it was not her account and she couldn't verify any transactions they asked if she wanted to report fraud and told her she could close the account and she told them if her name was on the account with out her knowledge, then she wanted to do all that they told her again she was on the account when she was not, and has never been when, she told me what happened. I called the bank and wanted to know what was going on and told them she wasn't on my account and one of there employees gave her my info, they said she compromised my account and I have had no access to it she didn't compromise my account the bank did. Resolution Sought Compensate me for violating my privacy and breach of contract

I have a student vibe account we was not instructed that there was a certain amount of virtual cards issued through the year. There is no indication of that anywhere I have no access to my money they also said I should pay 25 to wire transfer why when my money is in your account. I never heard of limit of virtual cards. Resolution Sought To give me a virtual card to get my money off or send a card overnight.
